We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to help find, attract & hire the best & brightest talent for our organization. Working as part of the People & Culture team, the successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing traditional & creative sourcing techniques to identify & hire exceptional team members. 

They will own a portfolio of positions & conduct full life-cycle recruiting. The goal for this role is to ensure the timely selection of high-quality talent, who believe in our mission & will support GWC's culture. The Sr. Manager will report to the Senior Director, People & Culture - Talent. 

This is a full-time position that is based in New York City. A regular, hybrid work schedule, requiring 2 days in the office, is currently in place. Subject to change. We are not considering remote applicants.
