The ideal candidate for this role will have proven performance in the area of L&D, preferably in a finance field. This person will work with internal SMEs to assist in curating & developing content for the Fund Admin team. The L&D analyst should have relevant experience with formal instructional design structures & philosophies, & be able to translate complex technical information into digestible forms.

The analyst will take the lead in developing & administering training to the internal Investor Services teams, while reporting to the Investor Services  Operations & Enablement Manager. Primary responsibilities in this role will be the maintenance & development of training content, coordinating in-person & virtual training, management of content platforms, & presentation of relevant training metrics.   

The L&D analyst should have a strong familiarity with effective training structures in order to continuously develop & maintain technical learning content & curricula.
