THE ROLE:
As an Integrated Account Manager, you will be working closely with the Global Adaptation Lead on a variety of projects including translation, transcreation, production & reporting for markets globally. As part of the Global team, your role will focus on managing projects end-to-end from briefing to delivery ensuring high-quality, cost efficiencies & good communications with internal/external stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Launch Oversight/Support
- Working closely with the local markets & the production team to support campaign launches.
- Ensuring that markets are following the correct processes when estimating, briefing, reviewing & approving projects
- Supporting markets information requests
Campaign Masters Management
- Working closely with central clients & production team to manage & deliver master assets
- Scoping, planning & managing the delivery of masters
- Reporting/escalating/feedback any improvements to the Global adaptation Lead
Translation/Transcreation Management
- Working closely with central & local clients & translation team to manage & deliver translated content
- Scoping, planning & managing the delivery of the translations
- Reporting/escalating/feedback any improvements to the Global adaptation Lead
Reporting/Finance
- Supporting team with monthly reporting & data gathering
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience at AM level 2+ years project and/or account management experience taking brief to/from agencies and/or client stakeholders in advertising production services
- Proven experience in a language/translation role
- Internal & Client stakeholder management
- Proven project management skills - Proficient at setting & managing timelines, prioritisation & delegation where necessary
- Excellent people/relationship skills
- An understanding of the production & localisation process
- Excellent oral & written English skills, knowledge of another language is a bonus
- Ambitious & eager to learn
- Team player collaborating well with all stakeholders involved
- Automotive experience is a bonus but not a must-have
