Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Compliance Analyst to join our Corporate Compliance & Audit team.

About the role

The Core Compliance Analyst supports the Core Compliance Associates & Senior Manager to guarantee a culture of compliance at Oscar & among its delegates & platform clients.

You will report to the Core Compliance Senior Manager. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the NYC office & part of the time work-from-home/remote. 


  • Facilitate all aspects of & help conduct the Corporate Compliance Committee.
  • Maintain the Compliance Hotline & ensure reports are triaged to the appropriate department.
  • Support Compliance Senior Manager in development of the Annual Compliance Risk Assessment & Annual Compliance Week.
  • Support Compliance Associates on Compliance investigations, including scheduling witness interviews, transcribing interviews, & collecting documentation.
  • Ensure non-compliance is remediated through Corrective Action Plans, Risk Dashboards, & other oversight.
  • Promptly issue & assign all tickets for Conflicts of Interest & Gifts/Business Entertainment disclosures, Corrective Action Plans, & others.
  • Attend & record meeting minutes for all Compliance committees & ensure minutes are approved.
  • Update & maintain all Compliance repositories & databases.
  • Other administrative support.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated success in a matrixed environment
  • 1+ years compliance & ethics, healthcare compliance & managed care compliance, healthcare operations, or legal experience

Bonus points

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Delegate oversight experience
  • TPA business experience
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Appian, Audit Board,, or other similar software
