Teads is seeking to hire a HR Generalist for the Northern Europe & Central & Eastern Europe regions.

Based in our London office (hybrid work possible) & reporting to the Director of HR for Northern Europe & CEE, you will be responsible for developing the HR agenda & overseeing HR processes for our offices in Northern Europe & Central & Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a point of contact for the management teams in each country
  • Develop HR practices such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits, performance reviews, budget forecasting, etc.
  • Support employees & create a climate of trust in the workspace
  • Design, implement & update company policies
  • Management of HR systems & databases (Bamboo, Culture Amp)
  • Work with our Head of L&D to initiate, implement & oversee the training & development agenda
  • Partner with in-house & external counsel as needed to ensure legal compliance
  • Recommended new software, tools, systems, benefits, etc.
  • Manage other special projects/assignments as needed


  • Proven experience as HRBP / People Partner in the digital industry
  • Must be willing to work independently, take initiative, & learn quickly
  • Positive & energetic attitude while analysing situations
  • Previous work experience with HR systems (Bamboo & Culture Amp experience a plus)
  • Detail & process-oriented
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Fluent level in English. German, Dutch, Polish or Czech a plus
