About the Growth Marketing Team

The Growth Marketing team is made up of acquisition & engagement marketers, CRO specialists, & marketing technologists to deliver over a billion dollars in business to our pros while helping millions of customers get their projects done each year. The team has close partnerships with product, engagement marketing, product marketing, analytics, engineering, creative & data scientists, all with the shared goal of building the largest & most sophisticated Growth Marketing program in the industry.

About the Role

The Growth Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help oversee our engagement & sales marketing notifications across planning, execution, & analysis. This position will report into a Senior Marketing Manager.

This role will need to operate cross-functionally with a variety of partners throughout the product development & sales orgs, so our ideal candidate is very organized, adept at working with different teams & stakeholders, & able to prioritize work to manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution & occasionally build out marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, intercom & other marketing channels
  • Oversee management of engagement campaigns calendar & project timelines
  • Run A/B tests across campaigns/channels to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across the program
  • Monitor channel performance, build channel-specific best practices, & share learnings/insights with other XFN partners
  • Constantly optimize our marketing operations processes for more efficient & seamless campaign deployment
  • Manage vendor relationships & troubleshoot/escalate issues accordingly
  • Manage day-to-day workload of our Marketing Operations Associates

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing ops
  • Experience working with ESPs and/or an engagement marketing tool (Iterable & or Pardot experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with email HTML/CSS
  • Demonstrated cross-functional partnership & project management experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pick up new processes & technologies quickly
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience developing email templates using HTML, CSS, & media queries
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Technical knowledge of engagement marketing tools & data integration
  • Prior experience in scaling multichannel/omnichannel marketing messaging programs
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution & incrementality testing
