The Program Manager - Enterprise is responsible for the end to end success of the Enterprise arm of Feather. This includes scope of offering, pilot programs, daily execution of service, & corporate client-facing communication for Feathers key business accounts. The goal of this role is to best serve unique business clients in a scalable, profitable way. 

What youll do:

• Run the day to day operations of existing enterprise business, overseeing a small team
• Interface with existing or new clients & collaborate with the CEO to design a client-specific business offering that exceeds the clients expectations while supporting Feathers growth & margin
• Manage the scoping, process design, & daily execution of new business pilot opportunities and/or unique project requests from existing clients through scalable process
• Own the outcomes of margin within the Enterprise business
• Design & build an organizational structure that executes the goals of the Enterprise business, with balance to the companys financial growth

What you have:

• 4+ years managing logistics operations with a heavy emphasis on third party logistics
• Passion for leading people
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
• Intermediate-level analytical skills
• Experience leading meetings & performance updates with corporate clients
