Job Description

Bethe voice ofadvertisers & agenciesfor our SSP platformandbuild a holistic view ofimportantproblemstosolvethatwillhelp them spend morewithPubMatic.

Put together a well thought out vision, strategy & roadmap for buyer preference with feedback from various stakeholders (agencies/advertisers/Sales/Solutions Engineering/Engineering/Customer Success etc.)

Work closely with Ad Solutions teamand provide product support to successfully scaleour partnerships with key buyers

Research, refine, & document product requirements by collecting feedback from customers, partners, & business teams.

Articulatevision, strategy andbusiness impact of variousinitiativestogetbuy-in fromotherproduct, engineering & business teams whowould need to provide support in executing product strategy

Work closely with engineeringtodeliverhigh quality solutions / features whileunderstandingthe underlying technologies & trade-offs needed

Collaboratewith customer success / sales /product marketing for new product launches & devise plan for product adoption & measure product success.


5+ year experiencein product management, product strategy, revenue optimization, yield analysis & optimization.

Experience in digital advertising landscape (ad servers, RTB, PMP, DSPs, DMPs)

Deep understanding of buy side of advertising ecosystem

Excellentproblem solvingskills & the ability to work independently

Experience in building & managing products from ideation to launchworking with a remote engineering team. Deep knowledge of product development dynamics & go-to-market tactics.

Comfortable with agile product development & collaborating with multiple teams to deliver product features that are dependent on other productteams

Abilityto articulate & influence other product teams to help them see the value of problem we are solving andget necessary buy-in

Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams spanning across sales/operations, product, engineering, marketing, customersuccess .

Self-motivated individual with strongcommunication(written & verbal), leadership, judgment, planning, & decision-making skills.

Demonstrated prior success within a startup culture, bringing cross-functional projects to closure
