About the role:
This role delivers quality care to patients on Oscars platforms via phone & messaging. This role will serve as a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers.
You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $99 - $149 per hour for patient consultations.
$200 per APP per month for APP Supervision duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care virtually (both by phone & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices & policies
- Provide direct oversight & supervision of nurse practitioners & physician assistants within state by state regulations
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, & other providers across service lines
- Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Board-certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) & Physician Assistants (PA)
- Must be eligible for IMLCC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
- Must be licensed in GA & TX
- 3+ years experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice
Bonus points:
- 2+ years of Telemedicine experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- Licensed in OMG states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
