We are looking for a Senior Manager to help drive our retention & subscription initiatives. This critical role sits on our CRM team & is responsible for creating engaging communications & converting new, active, & churned subscribers.
You will strategize, develop & execute campaigns strategies for assigned programs, while working with key partners across the organization to develop & implement owned media communications(email, push & in-app).

- You will work with internal partners to co-develop comprehensive contact management strategies across email, push, & App
- Collaborate with the Growth, Data, Product, Business & Engineering teams on integrations & optimizations of existing tools
- Monitor, QA & troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal delivery & tracking of marketing programs
- Optimize campaign execution to measure campaign effectiveness on new & existing marketing programs
- Keep stakeholders updated on campaigns, & maintain a feedback loop to avoid communication issues
- Create & design tests to optimize campaign performance
- Amplify & expand our central strategy to regions across the globe
- Create & implement test & learn plan that can scale over time-based on evidence of success
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in CRM communications
- You have a strong execution background & familiarity with ESP, CRM, or CEP platforms (Braze, Airship, Oracle, Salesforce etc.)
- Past hands-on experience scaling lifecycle & subscriptions based programs
- Experience operating in an integrated campaign environment & working with multiple internal teams to bring campaigns to market
- Experience using analytics & measurement to inform data-driven decisions for organizations
- Solid CRM campaign experience balanced with technical aptitude
- Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects at various levels of importance
