Our B2B (Business to Business) channel includes two key strategic growth areas: (1) Enterprise sales of digital mealkit solutions (sponsored subscriptions, managed service, employee gift cards)  & (2) Ad sales & media. As an outbound sales specialist, you will assist in driving growth of our B2B channels across enterprise sales & our Ad sales business by developing & executing an outbound sales strategy. You will be a living example of POMO (Positive Motivation) & demonstrate strong customer-facing skills as you help craft & shape our vision for excellence across our B2B channels. 

The ideal candidate will create new business opportunities & lead the sales pipeline growth with an emphasis on outbound sales, deliver on monthly sales qualified lead (SQL) quotas & revenue targets across key brands & quickly test new concepts while maintaining a strategic perspective on how to scale what we have learned. A natural go-getter, successful sales rep & talented sales process & learning content developer, the (Senior) Manager B2B Outbound Sales will eventually help generate recurring revenue through key account management & new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should exemplify core value & be able to move with speed & agility while prioritizing quarterly growth of the overall business across channels. 

You will

  • Be responsible for developing & executing an outbound B2B sales strategy with the key objective of growing revenue from both new & existing customers
  • Build & lead a high performing outbound sales organization including hiring, training, & developing junior team members
  • Work closely with key internal teams across product, marketing, finance, legal, risk, technology & others to ensure alignment & successful execution
  • Test & scale new offline & online outreach channels including paid social, conferences, seminars, in-person meetings
  • Leverage customer insights & industry trends to re-target new & existing customers to drive incremental topline revenue
  • Support sales representatives on large deals while also maintaining own book of business
  • Shape the sales roadmap & go-to-market strategies based on market feedback
  • Provide regular reports & updates to cross-brand leadership on sales performance & progress towards revenue goals & team OKRs
  • Pipeline management - Travel on occasion to close large business deals & maintain relationships with top revenue clients
  • Ownership of BDR technology stack platforms (ZoomInfo etc)

You have

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience (preferable outbound) with concrete results to show
  • Previous ownership of P&L through sizeable book of business, including proven ability to set & exceed sales targets
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, communications, or operations is encouraged
  • At least 2+ years managing, leading, & influencing high performing sales team
  • Highly customer-focused with ability to build & maintain strong relationships 
  • Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, & dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage complex sales pipeline
