As Trilogy Education serves more partners (both universities & employers) & delivers more programs in varied formats, the marketing support required of other departments increases. So, too, does the risk of deviating from approved brand messaging, proper brand identity, & the use of the correct facts & figures about the company.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing, the Marketing Manager supports the complete, end-to-end marketing needs of internal stakeholders at Trilogy, & ensures that brand standards around messaging, logo usage, presentation templates, etc., are correct & consistent. The role serves as the go-to resource for all internal requests related to the Trilogy brand, ensuring that support is both consistent & accurate & that no breakage occurs. Rather than a functional specialist, the Marketing Manager is focused on the complete, end-to-end needs of all departments.

Examples of items that may be in your day-to-day include:

  • Oversee content development & film shoots across stakeholders (employers, Deans, students) to support internal needs including, but not limited to,
    • New Hire Onboarding
    • Instructor Training
    • B2C Marketing (Program Promo Videos), etc.
  • You will find & contract with local film crews, coordinate interviews & space, & secure the required COIs & media releases to ensure a successful shoot.
  • Find & contract with film editors to produce films for internal needs. You will set & articulate the vision of each project & instruct the editor in achieving it.
  • Procure student profile content for use across other departments (B2C Marketing, etc.) including photo shoots, student endorsements, & employer testimonials.
  • Manage the day-to-day requests for public-facing deck customization, logo & branding applications (e.g. office art, career event signage, offsite classroom signage, partner events).
  • Manage the design & production of company swag for industry & company events & partner engagement
  • Assist external-facing teams (e.g., Career Services, Field Operations, Admissions, International) in positioning & presentation materials for employers & universities.
  • Keep Trilogy Voice & By the Numbers stats up-to-date--you will ensure they are properly distributed / used by everyone at the company
  • Ensure compliance with company branding, e.g., proper use of email signatures, LinkedIn company descriptions, etc.

High-level view of who you are:

  • You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally
  • You have 5-7 years experience in a B2B, corporate, or internal marketing role
  • You have the ability to make decisions & drive execution quickly, confidently, & with minimal intervention
  • You have very strong written & oral communications skills. You think about projects strategically & communicate not just the What but the Why? & the So What?
  • You can employ a wide variety of writing tones & styles & know when one style is appropriate over another
  • You sweat the details (because they matter)
  • You have demonstrated experience with content marketing, product marketing, email marketing, & brand marketing & can provide samples of your work that are specific to you (i.e., were individually completed versus shared across a team).
