About the Role
Houzz is seeking a user-centric product manager to build shopping experiences on our Marketplace. With over 10M products & 40M monthly unique users, Houzz has grown into a top eCommerce destination in a few short years, but we're just getting started. Shopping for the home is uniquely different than other product categories & Houzz is a complete platform for home design, so there are multiple channels & levers to delight users & deliver compelling experiences.
We are looking for a execution-oriented product manager who can really understand user behavior in a multi-sided marketplace by looking at qualitative or quantitative signals, has the creativity & optimism to formulate new ideas & devise innovative solutions, is oriented strongly towards experimentation, and, above all, uses data & structured thinking to inform their approach. The ideal candidate will know how to balance the big, bold ideas with the here & now of chipping away at user pain. In this role, you will build a roadmap of ideas all aimed at transforming the shopping experience of users at Houzz - leveraging all aspects of the overall Houzz product offerings. You will explore ideas across mobile & web & work across many product areas.
