The Client Manager achieves & maintains client satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on scope, on time, & on budget. You are the central point of communication on one or more brands & are accountable for the accurate flow of information between our client & the internal team. You will report to the Client Director.
You seek ways to grow existing business & add value to other new business pursuits.
You ensure that all milestones are met & partners with our client directors on all important relationships.
You participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms, & the development of strategic deliverables.
You must embrace & display passion & curiosity with all of Landor & Fitch's capabilities including research, strategy, innovation, design, naming/verbal identity, environments, digital, & engagement, & recommends growth opportunities that expand Landor & Fitch's offer with your clients.
You must demonstrate commitment to outstanding project & financial management for all projects, engagements, & growth opportunities, grow project & budget management skills, & use those skills to ensure projects stay on brief, on budget, & on time.
You will support our client services & strategy teams to develop & write competitive & creative strategies & plans.
You will align & voice the link between creative work & strategic foundations & insights & may be asked to research prospective clients; background, industry trends, organizational structure, business objectives, competitors, to build competitive intelligence.
What we are looking for
You have 3+ years of experience in project management in a branding consultancy, advertising agency, or business consultancy.
You have previous experience with business-to-business (B2B) or corporate clients.
You have exceptional organization & communication skills. You have the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
You are strategic & decisive, but respectful of & comfortable with ever-changing priorities.
You are an amazing team player, collaborative & responsible.
