The Associate Manager, Digital Media plays an important role on the Digital Media team, responsible for the performance & campaign executions primarily across Search, YouTube, Google Display Network. You understand how Search & OLV platforms function, how bids relate to media performance & campaign efficiency, and will have a deep executional understanding of the Search, YouTube & the Google ecosystem.


  • Channel ownership & execution of Peloton Paid Search (text & shopping), PMax, YouTube, campaigns including:
    • Strategy
    • Forecasting
    • Budget management
    • Ongoing optimization
    • Weekly reporting including creation & maintenance of dashboards
    • Testing calendars
    • Creative management with internal team & external agency
    • Relationship management with publisher & agency partners
  • Activation of media including optimization & budget management, testing & experiment design in partnership with our media agency.
  • Audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning & data application
  • Drive improved performance through ad hoc analysis to assess how we can improve performance on a weekly basis
  • Manage campaign budgets & advise on recommended campaign optimization.
  • Critically evaluate data sources, inventory & media platforms to create a competitive advantage
  • Working with internal & external creative agencies to coordinate channel specific creative.
  • Experience with A/B & multivariate testing, in-platform experiments, optimizing landing pages & user funnels


  • 3+ years proven expertise in Search (Google, Bing) & YouTube media execution
  • Understanding of Google Display Network planning & execution
  • Acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaign management experience
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with A/B & multivariate testing
  • Excellent skills in data-driven analysis
  • Proven track record of leading multiple projects & campaigns simultaneously
  • Significant media-specific spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, vlookups, media formulas)
  • A clear understanding of pacing, flighting, & nuances of leading channel-specific budgets
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, & Slides a plus
