As our Director of Technical Training, you will be responsible for leading the team that develops & implements all training programs (equipment, operational processes, & technology) supporting our fulfillment centers across the US. You will review existing training programs & recommend enhancements / modifications to improve engagement, learning, & retention to meet the changing needs of the business. Through your development & monitoring of KPIs, you will ensure strategic alignment of training team activities with business goals. You will manage the technologies (LMS) & technical team required to drive brand values & philosophy through all training & development activities. Develop & implement training programs to support career pathing for employees. You will report to our Senior Director of Operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading a training team that develops & implements training programs (equipment, operational processes, & technology) in a geographically dispersed Fulfillment / Distribution center network
- Proficiency in implementing a Learning Management Systems (LMS) with deep knowledge in capabilities & optimization.
- BS/MS in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or relevant field
Position must be based in any of the following locations:
Atlanta, GA, Boulder, CO, Chicago, IL, Newark, NJ, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or NYC with approximately 30% travel across US. Please note - this not a remote position.
