Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a  Workday Configuration Analyst to join our People Team.

About the role:

As theWorkday Configuration Analyst you will enhance & leverage our HR systems & best practices to build & improve the processes necessary to support our employee base.

As a Workday configuration expert, you will partner with IT, the People team, Finance & partners across the organization to provide technical solutions to support business needs. By identifying opportunities for improvement, building on those improvements through innovation, & leveraging our current technology, you will create & provide an employee experience to our organization.

You will report to the Sr. Director of People Operations. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.   • Develops, implements, optimizes & supports Workday configuration to meet business processes, capabilities & needs.
  • Develop, test & deploy Workday HCM solutions including creating test scripts, remediation plans, & hypercare support.
  • Work with the business teams to understand requirements & execute them through successful implementation, testing & deployment with required technical documentation an


  • 3+ years of experience configuring Workday, understanding of cross module & downstream impacts of configuration
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in 1 or more Workday modules

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Greenhouse, Shareworks
  • Experience with Workday Integration Tools
