The Fraud Operations Manager Role
Petal is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to strengthen our dynamic & growing Risk & Fraud team. As a Fraud Program Manager you will be responsible for working with Product, Operations, & Credit Risk teams to build & maintain a successful Fraud Prevention Program.
The Fraud Operations Manager will be at the forefront of driving the automation of fraud detection. You will lead implementation of controls, provide recommendations to the business regarding fraud risks, & represent Fraud Management on company-wide projects. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with internal teams & external partners to resolve cases of fraud & minimize potential losses.
