Multiple positions are available for Customer Support Representatives and Supervisors in a busy contact center environment. Positions are available in-office and remote / work from home.

Responsibilities:
Rush Order's Customer Care Specialists are responsible for managing daily phone, email, live chat, and social media correspondence with consumers. The Customer Care Specialist is the face of the organization who owns the entire end customer relationship and the execution of our services in support of each individual customer's needs. To put it simply, your job is to delight customers who buy products from our awesome clients like those mentioned above. This is one of the few opportunities to work simultaneously with a variety of Silicon Valley's most exciting companies.
A successful Customer Care Representative expects the unexpected, find solutions to ambiguous problems, and is available to help a customer with whatever need arises. If you are a student looking for real-world Silicon Valley experience, this role is a great launchpad. Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate a history of success and a drive to build a career. Some technical know-how is required, but a degree is not. Your customers will often require troubleshooting help. We will train you as long as you have an interest and basic understanding of technologies like wi-fi, Bluetooth, smartphones, and the web. If you enjoy high tech gadgets, this is a very fun position.
We require: - Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) - Customer service background (retail store, call center, or other) - Exceptional ability to work with a wide range of tasks and people - Ability to multi-task and prioritize what needs to be done during the day - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Eager to help and ability to take initiative - Beyond just a willingness to learn, you have an inherent curiosity to understand how things work - Conduct research and turn problems into opportunities and solutions - A natural attention to detail - Punctual and reliable many Customer Care Representatives have continued with long and fulfilling careers at Rush Order. Or, after adding experience to their resumes that include working for some amazing brands, many others have advanced outside of Rush Order in a number of roles in consumer technology, IT, operations, research, and consulting.
