The Role

With "More. Human. Analytics" Contentsquare moves beyond traditional analytics to enable an unprecedented understanding of the customer experience & know what makes unique people clicks. Contentsquare is like a brain for your martech stack that helps this unique understanding. This is possible thanks to the Contentsquare Openness solution that connects to the customer's larger ecosystem of analytics, freeing their siloed data & making them smarter with more human analytics & experience insights. Our solution also has an opportunity to import data from that ecosystem to provide more context to our data. 

That's where our Openness line holds the key to success for our customers & provides a large catalog of over 100 integrations with our technology partner ecosystem. Our pre-built integrations & APIs support any type of use cases based on import & export of data. For instance we can import Google Analytics segments, such as traffic acquisition segments directly into Contentsquare, & we can export Contentsquare segments into SF Marketing cloud to enrich consumer insights & Salesforce's message targeting capabilities. These integrations are already deployed more than 3000 times by our customers.  

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to help us accelerate on the vision. Your mission will be to leverage the Contentsquare existing open API to grow the Contentsquare ecosystem to more than 1000 partners, foster innovation with our startup lab & find a way to monetize these integrations. A Business Application Marketplace could be a good candidate solution to achieve these challenging goals. 

You will be responsible for the vision, strategy, development, & overall success of your product, working alongside brilliant engineers, designers, & product analysts to help shape the Global Vision of Contentsquare.

Responsibilities:  

- Spend time with customers & partners to identify their needs, desires & pains.
- Build a strong vision & strategy to address these opportunities & work closely with stakeholders to define the most efficient OKR.
- Act as a leader to get stakeholders' buy-in on your initiatives.
- Work closely with Product Design to drive user research & build the best user experience. 
- Collaborate with designers, engineers & data analysts to drive user research & deliver the best solution to our customers.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to better understand the most advanced company needs on the market & define a state of the art go to market plan.
- Define metrics & KPIs to measure adoption & performance of your product over time.
- Influence other teams to ensure successful outcomes in your product scope.
-Act as an authority in your product area. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs & business opportunities by performing qualitative, quantitative & competitive analysis.
- Be accountable for the success of the product. 
- Contribute proactively to the product team's success by continuously improving the way we work & by helping our juniors grow. 

Requirements-

- You have 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- You have led a software product or component from the discovery to the shipping stage.
- You have strong analytical skills to understand & solve complex problems.
- You know how to get things done on time & prioritize tasks.
- You have strong technical knowledge & are comfortable participating in technical decisions made in your team.
- You are fluent in both spoken & written English.
- You have a strong sense for User Experience & strong attention to details.
- You are very comfortable with Agile & Lean concepts. 
- You have a first experience with building a partner ecosystem & marketplace.
