The Customer Success Specialist will be an expert at usage of CarGurus tools, & will foster each account to resolve technical support issues, billing queries, analysis & demonstrating the use of the CarGurus tools as well as, will play an essential part in establishing & maintaining a relationship with each dealer client. This role is perfect for someone who likes to bring ideas to the table & is great at communicating with internal & external partners.
What You'll Do:
Resolving issues, cases & queries daily over phone, email & Salesforce
Read data to identify trends, patterns & opportunities where necessary
Identifying selling opportunities for the commercial teams
Support sales teams by offering data & assisting on calls
Performing various duties as needed this role wears many hats!
Working cross-functionally & multi-tasking as required
Continuously work towards improving processes & procedures in the team & beyond
Who You Are:
1-3 years of customer success experience
Outstanding communication & listening ability
Strong customer focus & ability to multitask over multiple communication channels (phone/email)
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency with Salesforce would be a plus
Good organisational skills
Somebody who likes to solve issues & doesnt mind having to research & learn independently
Ability to collaborate & act as liaison with other departments such as sales, account management, business development & marketing, among others.
