Role Description

Were looking for an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team who focuses on supporting Executive Candidates during their interview process at Dropbox. As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with Recruiting & our Business & Engineering hiring teams who take an active role in defining, launching, analyzing, & iterating on innovative leadership recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Executive Recruiters to support senior-level candidates (most of the time confidentially) through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates, interviewers, & the Recruiting Team
  • Contribute on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.) as an owner in the space
  • Work independently in scheduling & rescheduling interviews & meetings
  • Partner with the admin team to resolve any conflicts between interviews & other commitments
  • Collaborate with senior leadership & candidates who require a high level of involvement
  • Provide a world class candidate experience by ensuring the interview experience is seamless and candidates get a true picture of what life is like at Dropbox
  • Day of Interview support by escorting candidate throughout their day
  • Coordinate candidates travel arrangements (air, hotel, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain flexible work hours to help monitor & troubleshoot candidate scheduling & travel
  • Proficiency in & knowledge of recruiting tools, resources & processes (ATS, team-specific workflows, etc.)

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Executive Recruiting Coordinator or experience supporting senior management/ senior professionals in corporate environments involving heavy calendaring & coordination
  • Experience working & comfortability with senior executives & leadership
  • Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, & create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as the ability to easily connect with all types of people
  • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes & stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for building & being a part of high performing teams
  • Ability to maintain flexible work hours
