Today, we are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist ( looking for the best-in-class engineering, product development, product design & data profiles)

This role is based in Paris.

You will join the Talent Acquisition team & be responsible for tech recruitments in Europe & Argentina. 

Your main tasks will be:

Sourcing, selection & hiring :

  • Focus on contacting tech profiles, a lot of proactive search is needed to find the best talents for our Product, Engineering & Data departments;
  • Work closely with your awesome colleagues in the team to give support & to make sure we are successful overall; 
  • Guarantor of a successful candidate experience, ensure a clear & perfect selection & hiring process
  • Engage the hiring team with clear guidelines & support
  • Demonstrate high level expertise while using a methodology like STAR & while deploying a broad range of selection tools including assessment centers & case studies
  • Continuous improvement of selection processes

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with members of the Top & Middle Management to define priorities of recruitment, collaborate on recruiting strategy, streamline our evaluation process, & improve our ability to attract top talent
  • Maintain a high level of communication with the HR Business Partners, understand their populations & needs
  • Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, & performance data to hiring managers & HR Business Partners
  • Build trusted candidate relationships with top talent & ensure a successful candidate experience
  • Could liaise with external recruitment agencies on specific tech profiles, ensure relationships from the setup of the assignment until the selection of the final candidate

Employer Branding:

  • Become a recognized figure in the community at large by attending local community events, meetups, & conferences
  • Work on development of TheFork Employer Brand with the team, the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee engagement manager

 Who you are:

  • An experienced sourcer & recruiter, with a proven track record of 2 years+ of experience on tech positions
  • Able to understand Engineers jobs & find the best talents for our opened positions
  • Proactive & find solutions to continuously attract talented candidates on a market which is very specific & complicated
  • Wherever you come from, you are fluent English speaker, French is a plus
  • Passionate about international business, eager to learn about cultures & market specificities
  • Get things done, deliver fast, smart, pragmatic, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, able to multitask, high level attention to detail, self-starter, huge energy & passion for results
  • Sufficiently organized & able to work at a fast pace to handle high volume of recruitments
  • LinkedIn Recruiter proficient & familiar using an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • A strong team player, curious (really curious), perseverant (really persevering) who has high standards & who focuses on impact
