Hi, we're Oscar. Were hiring a Manager of Partner Marketing to join our Marketing team in our New York office. 

Oscar is a technology-driven, consumer-focused health insurance startup founded in 2012 & headquartered in New York City. Our goal is to make health insurance simple, transparent, & human. We need your help to do so.

About the role:

As the Manager of Partner Marketing, you will oversee communication with business-critical broker partners, across all lines of business. Cultivating trust in the brand through engaging & investing in broker partners & ensuring that these audiences best represent our unique value to their clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategic plan for a best-in-class partner marketing, in close collaboration with sales, business leaders, & the broader marketing leadership team

  • Coach a small team of partner-focused marketing leads, ensuring that we nurture & develop our capabilities & skills to deliver on the vision set by this role

  • Independently drive all aspects of the broker integrated marketing initiatives, which would include strategic planning, concepting & limited development, & program budget management

  • Develop & maintain appropriate research & feedback systems to effectively represent the voice of the partner in integrated campaign planning & strategy development achieve overall growth objectives 

  • Partner with line of business marketing managers & direct reports to design specific programs & methods of engagement for each line of business & oversee the successful implementation of these programs

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure brokers & other partners take full advantage of our proprietary technology platforms & advocate for their use among their customers

  • Represent & present strategy, performance, & critical learnings across Oscar, partners, & with other business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in marketing and/or sales, including 2+ years with a health insurance or related insurance organization

  • 2+ years of direct experience working with (or as) an insurance broker, general agent, or related field

Bonus points:

  • Fluency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related marketing technologies to design & execute direct, email, & other performance-oriented marketing programs

  • Experience managing 1+ direct reports
