We're looking for a Director of FP&A to join our team. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will
be an integral part of the finance department.
What you will do:
Prepare financial reports, Budgets, Forecasts, Management & Board of Directors
materials, monthly financial analysis materials & ad hoc analysis needs of the
Understanding the inputs & drivers & ensuring accuracy of data.
Prepare budget & track actual vs. budget analysis.
Act as a Finance Business Partner for the R&D & Product organizations.
Provide decision-making support analysis for projects, customer transactions,
segments, products & other initiatives.
Manage new initiatives around product's costing & profitability analysis
Collaborate with FP&A Finance Partners to deliver forecast inputs & analysis of
actuals that are concise, timely, & accurate.
Support M&A & fund-raising activities
What you'll need to succeed:
Fluent in English
Min 8 years of experience as a FP&A in a High-Tech company, fast-paced
environment, preferably in subscription revenue environment - SaaS
Bachelor's degree in: Finance, Economics, Accounting (MBA- an advantage)
Experience supporting/partnering with Senior Management,
Very strong analytical & communication skills, both written & oral
Ability to drill-down into details & create actionable outcome,
Experience with financial planning & analysis functions, including annual budget,
long-term strategic planning, & resource allocation processes
Understanding of accounting & finance principles
Organized, flexible & easily adaptive to changing conditions
Excellent Excel skills & experience with ERP (NetSuite) & billing systems;
revenue management, Planning & CRM systems,
Strategic thinking skills,
Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task & manage numerous simultaneous priorities
