Product Research at SurveyMonkey aims to conduct research that helps inform strategic decisions for our products, all informed by an understanding of our customers & target market. As a company that creates a research platform for others to use, our researchers are in a unique position to be experts, providing scaled guidance & expertise on a use case in our product to millions of users worldwide.
What we're looking for
During your internship, you will work with survey scientists & user researchers on SurveyMonkey's product research team to conduct research. You will learn about designing & running research projects that benefit SurveyMonkey products, which includes research design, collecting & analyzing data, & presenting the findings, that help promote a great customer experience with our products.
You will
- Design, run, & analyze product research projects from start to finish
- Conduct analyses of data, both qual & quant
- Present your research findings across multiple teams
- Draft, edit, & program survey questionnaires
- Support participant recruitment, study prep, & note taking
- Fact-check reports & other data products
You have
- Enrolled in a post-graduate degree program in survey research, experimental psychology, human-computer interaction, human factors, or another related field
- Familiarity with a variety of research methods
- Experience summarizing data for a variety of audiences, including non-researchers
- Worked in a collaborative environment
