What We're Looking For:

Title: Physical Security Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized & detail-oriented Physical Security Administrator to support our VP of Security & Operations. In this role, you will administer various databases & software, organize & analyze data, create reports & presentations, & lead ad-hoc administrative projects. If you have demonstrated experience in these areas, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Administration & proactive monitoring of multiple communication & security dashboards to identify threats & emergencies
  • Support the development & implementation of protocols, programs, & training tailored to protect our people, including our Emergency Response Plans, existing safety & security protocols, standard operating procedures, training, & site-specific programs
  • Compile, analyze & summarize data from multiple sources to create detailed documents, reports, & high-level presentations
  • Independently compose & edit sensitive correspondence, reports, & documents for final approval by department leadership
  • Audit & update active distribution & emergency contact lists
  • Systemize operational tasks such as payroll, attendance, scheduling, & training
  • Audit internal licensing, service agreements, verify services, update vendor COI's
  • Standardize ordering & tracking of supplies & equipment, invoice processing, accruals & expenses
  • Maintain quarterly preventative maintenance programs, generate audit reports, organize centralized shared folders & documents
  • Project management & ad-hoc administrative support

Requirements:

  • Have general knowledge & familiarity with corporate security team processes, procedures, terminology, & technical systems or relevant administrative experience working in military, public sector, emergency services, or law enforcement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, & Word
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills; must be a self-starter, proactive, responsive, & resourceful
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills & have a demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, & evaluate large quantities of information & to communicate accurate & timely recommendations on business & security-related risks.
  • Detail-oriented, high level of accuracy in work product, with exemplary organizational skills, & meets commitments
