About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Web & Campaign developer & part of the Performance & Growth team, you will partner with the global Marketing teams to develop & improve Contentsquare's marketing assets, landing pages, & microsites. We're looking for a junior/medior front-end developer with an appetite for digital marketing & UX to complete our in-house marketing engineering team. Grow & excel in a highly innovative environment, where continuous learning & experimenting are key.

What you'll do:
Support the global marketing teams in their initiatives by developing assets such as landing pages, emails, micro-sites ;
Build, document, & share templates with external stakeholders for autonomous use ;
Ensure excellence in delivery & usage in regards to our guidelines in terms of performance, accessibility, design, UX, UI ;
Collaborate with our team & in-house experts to continuously improve delivery & apply best & modern practices (SEO, performance, UX...) ;
Continuously nurture your curiosity for new opportunities & new technologies or methodologies to leverage within the scope of your responsibilities ;

As a team:
Ensure seamless integrations of our developments into back-end processes (tracking, attribution, analysis, data, inbound, workflow sequences) ;
Partner with Marketing Operations to build highly responsive & solid processes both on the front-end & in the back-end ;
Experiment & A/B test our assets, user journeys, UX ;
Solid QA / find & fix reported or potential issues ;
Track & analyse relevant KPIs ;

What you offer:
Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS ;
Very strong knowledge in JS ;
Significant experience working with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo...) ;
Good understanding of Marketing KPIs, results-driven ;
Good understanding of databases & data models ;
Very strong eye for design, & a UX & accessibility mindset ;Excellent understanding of how the web works (servers, requests, browsers, APIs, cookies...) ;
Good knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem & strong appetite for new technologies & experimentation ;
Test & learn approach ;

Interesting but not required:
PHP 7/8 ;
Wordpress development (modules, plugins, Elementor components) ;
Modern JS frameworks & libraries (Angular, React) ;
Version control tools ;
