Reporting to the Vice President, Treasurer, you will oversee all areas of Treasury Operations, including oversight of our insurance programs. You will assist with the analysis, execution & implementation of corporate finance strategies including capital structure, financing initiatives & other projects tied to improvements in working capital & cash forecasting.
You will lead & develop a small but high-performing team. You are knowledgeable of our organization, its business policies & procedures, tax & legal issues, & accounting. Your work requires a high degree of collaboration, professionalism, & the ability to interact with all levels of management.
Oversee the daily cash & investment management activities to ensure that we maintain the proper operating liquidity & meet all debt obligations.
Oversee the monthly Balance Sheet FX hedging program, ensuring that all exposures are hedged & volatility in earnings due to currency risk is minimized.
Develop & evolve Treasury policies & procedures. Own all Treasury Operations SOX controls (processes & systems).
Maintain bank relationships & scale the global bank account structure.
Ensure that the Treasury Ops system infrastructure is continuously reviewed & maintained at its optimum efficiency to support all worldwide cash, foreign exchange, investment & debt activity & the associated accounting.
Own the forecasting for all components of Other Income & Expense in the income statement.
Champion projects that will improve efficiency in other areas with which Treasury interacts (AP, AR)
Oversee our insurance programs.
Administer our T&E & P-Card programs in partnership with AP & Procurement.
Assist with managing capital markets activities including the credit facilities in place. Ensure that we adhere to all credit facility deliverables including the preparation of covenant compliance certificates.
Assist with the development of strategies relating to our capital structure, including the forecasting of cash, identifying the optimal cash balance, debt structures including the optimal mix of fixed & floating rate debt, M&A financing alternatives & consultation on subsidiary capital structure.
10+ years of experience in Treasury in a global & publicly traded company
5+ years of people management experience
Accounting acumen with respect to Treasury activities
Previous experience with a Treasury System
Demonstrated employee & team development with the ability to attract, retain & develop top talent
Build partnerships across departments
