We are seeking a Growth Operations Associate to join our team. The Mark43 Growth Operations Associate is passionate about the next generation of public safety technology. In order to accelerate the growth of the Mark43 platform, this role supports all aspects of marketing, business development, & sales operations & requires a data-driven approach to understanding the end user, buyer, & global public safety market ecosystem.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting deal execution activities & also building & optimizing the lead generation & conversion tools in the Growth team technology stack. On the day-to-day, youll be working to ensure systems & processes are in place to maximize efficiency, accuracy, & communication within the team & company. However, your insights & recommendations will also drive our global growth strategy & operations.

What you can expect to work on:

  • Supporting all lead generation & conversion efforts
    • Supporting Account Executives in lead qualification & demo preparation
    • Supporting Marketing & Business Development in organization & distribution of leads
  • Serving as the business owner for various tools in our technology stack
    • Responsible for ongoing maintenance & refresh of sales enablement documentation & equipment
    • Training new team members on proper usage of sales tools, equipment, & internal processes, as well as coordination & scheduling of ongoing product training for sales team
  • Building & supporting internal processes for managing the Mark43 deal desk
    • Maintaining deal books & pricing documentation
    • Monitoring various sales communications channels & acting as a go-to resource to help the sales team in their efforts to win new business
  • Adapting to & thriving in a rapidly changing early-stage startup environment

What we expect from you:

  • BA/BS from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in sales or operations
  • Previous experience with Salesforce & automation tools like Salesloft
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel mandatory
  • Fluency in Google applications, Microsoft Office, & project management tools like Asana
  • Meticulous project management & organizational skills
  • Team player mentality & positive attitude towards providing support to a busy team
  • Willingness to empathize with users who may be unlike yourself
  • Coming to work with an open mind & leaving your ego at the door
  • Ownership over your own work & a commitment to every part of a task, from big picture to small details
  • An attitude that is self-motivated, humble, detail oriented, & committed to quality
  • Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, & other government agencies
