Job Description

This role provides IT support for HelloFresh Group companies, including APAC, & contributes to related projects. Based on-site at the YouFoodz facility in Karawatha, Brisbane, it reports to the IT Lead APAC & works within the APAC IT team, which spans Sydney, Auckland, Brisbane, & the Philippines.

The team supports HelloFresh AU, HelloFresh NZ, YouFoodz, BeCool Couriers, & HelloConnect, with opportunities to collaborate on global projects with HelloFresh Group's IT & Security teams.

You will

• Provide Technical Support: Deliver onsite IT support for the YouFoodz Manufacturing Plant & BeCool Couriers. Manage barcode scanners, mobile devices, printers, & warehouse technology while tracking requests in Jira & maintaining documentation.
• Handle System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, & access controls. Install, configure, & troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor system performance, & contribute to IT projects.
• Facilitate Training: Onboard new employees & IT Engineers, provide training, & create user-friendly documentation.
• Ensure Security Compliance: Enforce IT security policies, monitor incidents, & assist with audits & compliance.
• Support Network Management: Collaborate with the FCIT team to maintain & troubleshoot network infrastructure.

You have

• You have relevant experience in using & supporting our primary technologies. 
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field, preferably within a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, & warehouse-specific technologies such as Google Workspace, Slack

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
