The Staff Accountant will assist & be involved in all aspects of accounting, including general ledger account reconciliations & general journal entries. This position will report to the Accounting Manager.

What you'll do:

• Ensure the accuracy of accounting records by verifying & posting transactions
• Prepare payroll & employee benefits  journal entries
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare various monthly or quarter account reconciliations
• Perform month end close duties including journal entries, account reconciliations, & account analysis
• Collaborate with internal & external teams to support key company initiatives
• Assist with annual audits & documentation, including assistance with SEC filings
• Other duties, as assigned

• Strong excel skills & ability to utilize excel in making work accurate & efficient
• Understanding of systems with NetSuite experience preferred
• Exceptional writing & public speaking skills
• Strong relationship building skills

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - 85,000 depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
