The Role:

Conductor is seeking a talented content creator & social media expert to support & expand our brands social media presence in the capacity of a contractor or freelancer. Youll be responsible for creating & curating content for Conductors social media, maintaining a content calendar, posting, & engaging with interactions across platforms. Youll track growth & engagement to improve our content, engagement & expand our following. 

We are seeking a candidate with strong project management & communication skills.

Responsibilities 

• Create & curate engaging content (video, audio, graphics, & written posts) for social media (with some support from creative team resources)
• Manage the social media content calendar 
• Generate real-time social posts in response to industry happenings & news 
• Social listening & engaging with mentions & interactions
• Weekly documentation of posts to generate company-wide engagement
• Analyze data & insights to inform & refine your content, constantly optimizing for results
• Provide monthly reporting on growth & engagement

Requirements

• Proven expertise in social media marketing & social media platforms for B2B SaaS or technology brands
• At least 5 years of prior SEO experience. We are seeking someone who is engaged with the SEO community on social.
• A strong marketing mindset with excellent copywriting skills. 
• Demonstrated track record of success in growing social media engagement & followership. 
• Exceptional communication & project management skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently
• Location: US-Remote
• Monthly Hours: 15-20 hours / month. Some working hours must occur between 9am-12pm ET

The hourly pay for this role is $50-$80.
