The Startup Account Management team works at the cutting edge of fintech by partnering with founders & developers who are building the next generation of fintech services. As a Startup Account Manager, you'll work with hundreds of early stage companies & be integral to their success with Plaid by helping them launch on the platform, collaboratively problem solve, & drive revenue growth through new product adoption.
Plaid is looking for ambitious self-starters who are excited about working with early stage companies to help them launch & grow with Plaid. The right candidate has the ability to build strong relationships with their customers, develop a deep understanding of their priorities, motives & key drivers, is solutions oriented, & has demonstrated success taking initiative to drive results.
You will be the primary point of contact for your customers & will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, & account management. You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them create the applications that will empower businesses & consumers with their financial data.
