About The Team:
We are looking for another dedicated, hardworking individual to join our current team of Shift Managers, to ensure minimal impact downstream which helps us continue to maintain our customer centric view. This will be based at our largest distribution centre in Europe - we are going through a really exciting time at Hello Fresh as we continue to build teams up to full capacity since launching this new site in May!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Running shifts with the view to maximise operational efficiency & productivity
- Responsible for achieving performance KPIs such as efficiency & error rates
- Ensure optimum utilisation of shift labour by effective labour planning, training & development of all staff
- Working closely with the teams to ensure the production lines are operating with a safety first mentality
- Ensuring excellent communication between production/warehouse team members & Operations staff
- Accurate completion of all paperwork & reporting of shift performance & KPI's
- Be the point of escalation & support for all staff on shift - you will have a team of Team Leaders reporting to you
- Lead & motivate all Operational staff to care about our product & our customers
Who You Are:
- Strong people leadership skills - a hands on manager!
- Strong understanding of health & safety & its application in a warehouse/production environment.
- Excellent communications skills across different departments in Production
- Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced & constantly changing environment.
- Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification & critical issue escalation.
- Excellent people skills & be passionate about achieving results through people.
- Logical approach to making decisions & a promoting the customer comes first mindset.
- Managing projects & delivering within set time scales.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, rotating between days & nights every 3 months, 6.30pm to 6.30am/6.30am to 6.30pm
