The Business Operations team is empowering growth by driving data-driven decision-making across a growing go-to-market organization with increasing complexity & scale. As we scale our business, we are looking for an experienced Business Operations Lead to help accelerate Asanas next wave of expansion.

As the Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving clarity across the organization on business priorities, initiatives & performance. You will design a framework for measuring & monitoring results, & establish a process for data-driven decisions. Your exceptional managerial & interpersonal skills will enable you to quickly establish credibility with a large, cross-functional team, & influence decisions with executive leadership.

What you'll achieve

  • Drive organizational clarity on business priorities, initiatives, & performance.

  • Design a framework for decision-making across the organization, ensuring timely discussions with relevant audiences on critical topics.

  • Create a process & cadence of communication to ensure all business teams have access to relevant information.

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships & credibility across the organization; influence decision-making with leadership.

  • Ensure business & leadership teams have access to reporting on health of business, performance against KRs, & the status of key initiatives at the appropriate cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly.

  • Establish a process to prioritize & manage resource allocation, including product & technology initiatives, business hiring, & marketing spend.

  • Set up the Asana Business Team as customer #1 for Asana OKRs & Goal Tracking.

  • Champion Asana values across the business organization; set & ensure team is reaching goals for employee career growth & diversity & inclusion.

About you

  • 10-years of experience in SaaS or subscriptions business

  • Track record of building & leading teams to accomplish business results

  • Exceptional managerial & interpersonal skills

  • Exhibits creative persistence, finds way to get stuff done

  • Clear, succinct thinker & communicator

  • Data-driven with solid understanding of SaaS business financials

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in high growth or startup environment

  • Management consulting or banking experience

  • Experience with international markets

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Sense of humor
