We are looking for an Associate Sales Process Analyst to perform basic troubleshooting, configuration, setup, & updating of our sales systems applications. This position will play a pivotal role in helping our Sales Systems & Optimization team streamline & shorten the turnaround time of our support & request tickets in turn decreasing the downtime of our sales teams & driving productivity improvements.
What you will do:

Investigate, problem solve & resolve requests from users of our systems & tools.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales / Rev Ops / Engineering) to resolve issues within our tools & systems

Work with our Salesforce team to analyze, document & clean up processes & fields to ensure our systems run at peak performance

Collaborate with the Sales Systems & Optimization team to identify issues that we can automate to improve efficiency to support the sales teams success

Support other Sales Systems & Optimization efforts & projects as assigned

Other core expectations as defined & requested by your direct supervisor/manager & sales leadership
Who you are

Bachelor's degree in a business-related function

Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience

Salesforce or other CRM knowledge (certificates completion preferred)

Detail-oriented, Strong organizational & multitasking skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to adapt quickly & make an impact in a rapid-paced organization

Ability to craft compelling narratives & articulate complicated insights to non-technical audiences

Proficiency in working with Microsoft & Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, & Tableau
