What were looking for

Were seeking a driven & high-performing Recruiting Coordinator to support our busy recruiting team with job creation & posting, sourcing, offer creation, onboarding, & other general administrative duties as needed. You will help support recruitment for our teams across the US, seek out & maintain creative advertising channels to attract candidates for hard-to-fill & high-volume roles, & directly contribute to our team objectives: to provide an exceptional experience to our hiring managers & candidates while bringing top talent to Vacasa. 

This is a seasonal position up to 12/31/21.

What youll do 

  • Create, advertise, & maintain job postings across multiple channels
  • Review applications & interview candidates for entry-level positions
  • Seek out & engage passive candidates though various sourcing channels
  • Schedule interviews for our Recruiters & hiring teams
  • Communicate professionally with candidates & other members of the Employee Experience team 
  • Work cross-functionally within the broader Employee Experience team & across the business  
  • Support special projects & events including but limited to career fairs, hiring events, process documentation, sourcing reports, & diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives
  • Create & send offer documents 
  • Other general administrative tasks as assigned


  • $18-20/hr

Skills youll need

  • 6 months of experience in Recruiting or other HR related functions 
  • A strong drive to meet & exceed goals
  • Excellent time management & organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage confidential & sensitive information
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Tech savvy & capable of learning new systems quickly
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in & help where needed
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Personable & excited to engage with future Vacasa talent during the interview process
  • The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment & embrace changes as they arise
  • Ability to work from home & resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY
