Who you are
You are a Strategic Account Manager who excels in planning & aligning with both internal & external stakeholders & uses analytics to deliver results for your partners. You are a champion for your customers, but balance that with the management of internal stakeholders, operating in the best interest of the business. You are also an obsessively organized planner, known across teams, partners, & agencies. You instill trust & operate with integrity. This also means that you are a pro at communicating effectively & consistently meet deadlines by setting accurate expectations for multiple projects. Process- oriented, you critique existing processes & work to make them better. You always have a well-thought out plan & strategy, but are nimble & agile, comfortable with consistently iterating to test new ideas.
You have a proven track record of managing external stakeholders & have 3+ years account management experience. We'd be super impressed if you have brand-side or marketplace experience, as well as direct analytics experience.
What the role is
In the Strategic Partnerships Account Manager role, you will be an integral part of the Strategic Partnerships team, responsible for increasing support to our existing partnerships & forging new relationships through program pitching & execution.
On a day-to-day basis you will work directly with the biggest brands within the BevAlc industry, making recommendations to improve on-platform performance & reporting back results from existing programming.
You'll also be responsible for improving processes across cross-functional teams (CRM, Brand, Supplier Operations, Analytics) to exceed expectations of the partnerships & Drizly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to streamline workflows to deliver upon programming on time, efficiently, & in a way that allows the team to spend more time thinking critically & strategically about the program as a whole, about how the tactics ladder up to the results, & leverage data to drive the next recommendation.
The person in this role will change how we do things today & we'll be all the better for it. This role is supporting one of Drizly's most strategic priorities & will have a direct impact on revenue.
