Houzz is looking for an energetic Office Coordinator who is a natural self-starter with strong organisational skills, thinks outside-the-box, isn't afraid of the kitchen sink (don't worry, our's is pretty fab), & thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of facilities management as well as computer software & technology, but also enjoy interacting with co-workers, vendors & outside guests. You must have the ability to recognise & meet the needs of the office team, work in a professional manner, & multi-task between several projects while maintaining a cheerful & fun attitude (don't sweat the small stuff or take yourself too seriously!).
The Office Coordinator will support our growing company through a blend of operations, administration, & special projects, in addition to providing support to the management team both locally & internationally.
The role is a part-time contract position to begin with (3 days/week, but we're flexible on schedule for the right person), with the ability to evolve to a permanent position over time.
