What you'll be doing:

  • Perform day to day banking tasks (ie: ledger adjustments, monthly bank reconciliation, etc.)
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, & other irregularities
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger & financial reports
  • Generate & send invoices to customers, tracking payments, corresponding with vendors & customers

Must have:

  • 5+ years bookkeeping & experience
  • Strong familiarity with property accounting
  • Real Estate accounting experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong Quickbooks & MS Excel skills
  • Must have strong organizational & analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task & work on projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
