You are a key partner, enabler & change catalyst for the revenue organization (Sales Development, Sales + Customer Success), helping to drive sales effectiveness & sales efficiency. You're hands-on in defining & instrumenting everything about the sales + success process & the sales & success organizations, you analyze data to find opportunities for improvement, & work in moving the needle on key performance indicators each month.
This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations & has high visibility with CRO, Customer Success leaders, Sales Leaders, COO & the whole executive team. It is a leadership position where you work cross-functionally to define & improve processes & data insights & you work with our enablement team to implement training & coaching. You will recommend & oversee new/improved processes, optimize our GTM model & also define requirements for compensation plans.
