About The Role:
WePay is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our Partner Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a very progressive division of J.P. Morgan's Merchant Services business. The Integration engineer will operate as a client-facing, technical resource supporting our client integration efforts worldwide.
In this impactful role you will be responsible for working with & guiding WePay's enterprise & strategic customers toward the successful integration of WePay's products & services. You will partner very closely with our Implementation Managers to develop deep customer relationships with large, strategic accounts. You will be the main point of contact for all customer technical questions, provide assistance for their integrations with WePay, as well as represent their needs back to customer delight, product management, engineering, & sales.
The ideal Integration Engineer will have a strong technical aptitude along with a self-starting, proactive mentality. You will be dealing with very technical users & complex issues. The right individual will have a proven track record of managing through complex challenges & providing custom solutions employing RESTful APIs.
