Who doesnt love a win-win? About the Role: Were passionate about delivering parity of care over our telemedicine platform, creating the benefits of residential hospital-quality care for seniors. The Implementation Consultant plays & important role in ensuring facilities go-live, successfully; through quality training, problem solving any arising concerns, & providing real-time feedback to facilities & internal stakeholders. This individual will be an integral part in the continued partnership with new facilities; through building relationships, continued training, & responding quickly to any questions & concerns. Responsibilities:
Build relationships with facility partners
Device deployment in new facilities
Training facilities on device & applications use
Facilitate Go-Live in new facilities
Shift reporting to internal stakeholders about launch
Provide timely feedback to the facilities & internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Ability to build & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
A passion for teaching & training
Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with a solution-driven approach
Ability to travel 80-90%
