Are you an amazing VP Product Marketing who works deep in the Salesforce.com world & loves putting technology into words that everyone can understand? Interested in applying your tech-marketing savvy & deep Salesforce.com skills to use in a pivotal new role in a fast-growing tech company?

You will work collaboratively with multiple groups to lead the development of our Salesforce.com product marketing strategy & programs. Youll research the Salesforce.com market, the buyers, & the competition. Youll craft compelling technical messaging & positioning for products & solutions. Youll build marketing & sales enablement assets - whole teams will follow your lead. You will drive effective product marketing programs that meet marketing goals & fuel company growth. Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep technical skills on the Salesforce.com platform in articulating OwnBackup product & product opportunities for both internal & external audiences.
  • Understand & translate product capabilities into real benefits for well-defined buyer personas.
  • Create compelling messaging & positioning & oversee the product launch process & go-to-market strategies.
  • Build product marketing programs that raise awareness & drive revenue.
  • Engage with the Salesforce user community through social forums, user groups & events. Perform market research, conduct win/loss analysis, & share & embed insights in the OwnBackup product marketing approach.
  • Articulate the OwnBackup value proposition for customers. Enable the sales team with assets & training, & deliver new insight to our product development teams.

Qualifications

  • Tell us about your expert hands-on experience & administration skills in Salesforce.com, above & beyond Marketing basics, when you apply. This is a mandatory requirements for this role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience, including in a SaaS company.
  • A strong technical background with experience translating complex technological concepts into broadly understandable language & value propositions.
  • A confident, self-starter with excellent organization & time management skills.
  • Experience synthesizing many inputs into coherent, prioritized stories & explanations for technical & non-technical audiences.
  • A can-do, results-oriented attitude & mindset
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • BS in Marketing / Communications / Engineering / Science or similar field.
  • MBA and/or advanced degree is a plus.
