The Community Relations Team at BlaBlaCar aims at providing assistance to this community, by listening to users, guiding them & satisfying them. By providing the best customer service, the team makes sure that our members have an enriching & trustworthy experience. The Community Relations Team is responsible for answering questions & requests in 30 different languages, every day & 7 days a week.
What you will directly contribute to:
Moderating member profiles & their content (vehicle pictures, trips, etc.)
Answering members' messages in a timely manner
Providing users with guidance & support through various channels (tickets, chat & phone) at high-quality level (we offer a 100% response service)
Overseeing the overall activity on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) & maintaining dynamics within the Brazilian, Portuguese & Mexican community
Gathering members' feedback & communicating it to the Tech Team
Reporting to the Associate Manager
Improving the overall member experience
What you will need to be successful
- This is an entry level position in Customer Service: previous experiences, specially in customer service, are welcome but not required
- Excellent proficiency in written & spoken Portuguese & English
- Good knowledge in written & spoken Spanish a big plus
Proven ability to prioritize busy workloads
Sincere willingness to fairly balance our business & members' needs
Strong ability to work on his own while being dynamic & hardworking
Strong knowledge of the internet ecosystem
A prior experience using the service as a driver and/or a passenger would be a plus
Be humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation & a relentless doer
Enjoy working as a team-player & learning from others
A few practical details about the role:
Start: Early March 2020
Location: Sao Paulo office + homeworking
Contract: CLT contract, 1 year (renewable)
Working hours: 40 hours per week, including 2-4days in the office + evenings andweekends from home
Compensation: According to the market & position
