Warby Parker is seeking an experienced & highly motivated professional to serve as our Head of Investor Relations. In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer & interact regularly with the broader leadership team. Youll also serve as a key contact for all external communication of the companys financial performance, key metrics, & strategic initiatives to the investment community. Sound like a dream gig? What youll do:

  • Develop & implement a proactive & comprehensive investor relations strategy in partnership with senior leadership to communicate the company strategy to investors, research analysts, & other stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day interface for investors & analysts to communicate financial & operational performance 
  • Prepare the leadership team for investor meetings, road shows, earnings calls, conferences, & Q&A sessions
  • Lead the quarterly earnings process, including drafting the press release & shareholder communications, formulating quarterly guidance, & preparing other public disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with SEC & other regulatory disclosure requirements; work with the Finance & Legal teams to assist in the preparation of SEC filings
  • Lead the direction, execution, & creation of Warby Parkers IR function
  • Develop, execute, & maintain a multi-year investor relations plan that supports the company strategy & strengthens our external stakeholders understanding of Warby Parkers history & future
  • Depending on level of experience & expertise, the role may involve assisting with other activities including corporate development or FP&A

Who you are:

  • Backed by 15+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Equity Research, Investor Relations or FP&A
  • Equipped with a strong understanding of valuation & modeling techniques used by investors, as well as best practices for target setting
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management & build relationships with investors & analysts
  • Someone with experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment
  • Positive, people-oriented, collaborative, & energetic
  • Impeccably analytical & able to identify key value drivers in businesses
  • Extremely knowledgeable about SEC laws & regulations, as well as filing requirements
