As a NS1 General Manager of EMEA, you will oversee & manage all operations of NS1s EMEA based employees & business. You will be responsible for hiring & continuing to build out the EMEA based Sales Organization. You will carry a bookings target & be the face of NS1 for our EMEA based customers, prospects, & partners. Additionally, you will represent the EMEA based business during internal, cross functional meetings. 

The EMEA region is a sizable portion of NS1s business & it will continue to be a source of robust growth for the company. There is a strong team in place that needs an equally strong leader to manage & continue building out the organization there.

You will:

  • Manage, recruit, coach, & train a high performing sales team 
  • Create & execute business plans to achieve & exceed company pipeline & bookings goals 
  • Facilitate internal cross-functional collaboration to achieve both new business & customer expansion targets
  • Drive excellence in sales execution leveraging Force Management methodologies
  • Work with Sales Operations to develop, maintain & report accurate quarterly bookings forecasts for the EMEA region
  • Build, strengthen, & nurture external relationships with channel partners
  • Sit on the Management Team & participate in all meetings & activities required of management team members
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines

Ideally, youll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience selling application delivery technology in a fast paced environment (SaaS sales experience a plus)  

  • 3+ years of experience managing & running Northern Europe or EMEA territories
  • Proven track-record of success leading enterprise sales teams & closing new business at previous organizations (startup experience preferred)
  • Effective Communication- capable of keeping two-way communication flowing with key stakeholders (enterprise sales team, services, finance, product, & marketing). Overcommunicator
  • Excellent value-based sales methodology (ideally Force Management) & high aptitude to collaborate in a decentralized environment across multiple geographies & time zones
