Customer experience is a major part of any service-based business.We're hiring a passionate & hard workingResidential Project Manager to help us continue to provide excellent service to our customers while managing paint projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts & ongoing paint jobs, helping to ensure that the job goes smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Call, email, & communicate professionally with customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide professional customer support to foster positive relationship with our customers
  • Issue resolution: understand the customer's questions or complaints, determine the cause of the problem, provide the best solution to solve the problem & follow up to ensure resolution
  • Work with Operations to coordinate projects & relay the scope of work
  • Work closely with Finance, & Sales teams to ensure the full execution of a wonderfully completed painting project
  • Handle logistics of painter/customer interactions, including but not limited to: insurance requirements, paint colors/finishes, scope of work
  • Communicate effectively with painters on the job site
  • Consistently meet established performance & quality standards
  • Sell & promote Paintzen services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales, or Restaurant Experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to handle routine tasks performed in a structured environment
  • Must be willing to be flexible with hours

Required Hours:

  • Weekend work will be required (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Work schedule is Saturday through Wednesday (5 day work week)
  • Sunday & Saturday hours: 9am-3pm
  • Monday 7am-3pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday hours: 8am-4pm
  • Saturday, Sunday, & Monday will typically be work from home days after initial training
