As part of our 20+ Acquisition team, the Demand Generation Manager will have the mission of defining Qonto's target approach - especially to generate qualified leads for our Sales Teams

The goal is to develop our Lead Generation strategy & contribute to defining all our processes, content creation, spread & scoring in order to create a Lead Generation Machine on our 4 markets: France, Italy, Spain, Germany.

The position will be part of our Demand Generation team, & will work closely with our Sales Team, Growth Engineers, our Branding & Community teams, & external resources for content.

‍‍ As a Demand Generation Manager at Qonto, you will

Develop our lead generation strategy (inbound - outbound) & Roadmap: you will define in coordination with the sales team our targeted persona, our lead generation KPIs & projects
Implement the lead Generation roadmap & campaigns: you will generate qualified leads through defined process & global campaigns: inbound, outbound, content, event marketing, email nurturing & marketing automations. You will coordinate various stakeholders : content producers, growth engineers, business developers, traffic managers... To deliver ambitious Lead Generation projects with clear goals, deadlines, cadences & ownership
Analyze performance: you will keep track of the performance of your actions & share with the sales team clear dashboards of qualified lead. You identify the main drops in our workflows to improve them constantly
Manage our database: you will manage our prospects database & prospects evolution in their buyer journey. You will be in charge of enriching it with external resources to make prospect move forward & help sales people close them
Iterate to understand & serve our prospects: You will be the point of contact between our Sales & Key Account Management team & our prospects to improve our contents & approach, & to develop new ideas of campaigns to reach & nurture them

About You

Project management: you are well-organized in defining targets, milestones, & deadlines of a project involving many stakeholders & follow up on delivery & impact
Analytical: you know how to deal with data & analyze the impact of your actions. With a data-driven mindset, you get & share insights to identify new opportunities, improve our workflows & plan actions
Empathy: you listen to others carefully & have the ability to put you in other people's shoes to help define their needs, objectives & objections (our clients, sales team, KAM)
Experience: You have 4+ years of experience with relevant experience in the Lead generation & B2B sector. Managing an international scope is a plus
Mastery: You master at least one lead generation tool (marketing automation, nurturing, e-mailing & workflows): Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot. Great knowledge on Salesforce is a plus
Languages: You speak both French & English. Spanish, Italian or German is a plus 
Academic Background: You have a Master's or an equivalent degree
